FAQ

Where are the products made?

All the products are designed in Turku, Finland, where Print N Stuff is also registered as a one person lead company. The products are printed, sewed and shipped to our customers in collaboration with a fulfilling factory located in Latvia.

The raw materials for our products are sourced from best suppliers, and the country of provinence can vary from product to product, but most of them are produced in Europe.

Are all products in an order shipped together?

Some of our products come individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra durability. Here are the products we may ship separately:

snapback hats, trucker hats, dad hats/baseball caps and visors backpacks, jewelry, mugs, postcards and stickers, pillows with stuffing, posters, framed posters canvas, bean bag cases, keychains and pet tags, water bottles, note books, blankets

In some cases, we may fulfill products from the same order in different facilities, which means they’ll be shipped separately.

What’s the estimated delivery time, and how is it calculated?

We follow a simple equation to calculate the estimated delivery time:

estimated fulfillment + estimated shipping = estimated delivery time

Our average order fulfillment takes:

2–5 business days for non-apparel products 2–7 business days for apparel products

We consider the current order volume and our fulfillment capacity when calculating our estimated fulfillment time.

But the estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee. Here are some of the reasons why an order might arrive past its EDT:

Issues with print or embroidery files, products being out of stock, shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, or harsh weather conditions

Nonetheless, we work hard to meet our delivery estimates with each order.

If you’re ever in a situation where the EDT has passed, please wait a bit longer. Then, once 5 days have passed, get in touch with us via email or chat, and we’ll take a look.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is ready to go, we hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can click on that number to see the latest updates on your shipment’s location via our tracking page.

What if the order is lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check that you got in touch with the local post office to try locating the lost order.

What if the product got damaged in the mail?

If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to alltheprintnstuff@gmail.com Keep in mind that the whole item should be visible in the image. We’ll take a look and get in touch with you about the next steps.

Why can’t I see any tracking info after my order has been shipped out?

It can take up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in your carrier’s system.

Are the packaging materials recyclable?

The poly bags used in our packaging are recyclable, low-density polyethylene. Some of the packages have recycling instructions on them.

Are Print N Stuff packaging materials sustainable?

We know sustainable packaging is important to our customers, and we’re committed to finding the most sustainable solutions we can.

As our first step toward more earth-friendly packaging, we recently started using bags made of post-consumer recycled plastics for all apparel orders shipped from our in-house facilities. The share of recycled plastic per bag depends on each facility, but it’s at least 50% for the outside (white or grey) packaging and at least 30% for the inside (clear) bags that are used in multi-item shipments.

PCR packaging protects the products just as well as the virgin plastic bags, and they look almost the same. However, choosing PCR plastic over virgin plastic is the right thing to do to minimize the environmental impact plastic has on our planet.
